Shipping & Returns
The Smut Shop ships your product(s) to you in discreet plain packaging to ensure your privacy is respected.
Packages are sent by Canada Post & UPS.
- If you live in the BC Lower Mainland, your product should arrive in 2 business days.
- If you live in BC, outside the lower mainland, your product should arrive in 3 business days.
- If you live in Alberta, your product should arrive in 4 business days.
- If you live in Saskatchewan, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
- If you live in Manitoba, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
- If you live in Ontario, your product should arrive in 5-6 business days.
- If you live in Quebec, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.
- If you live in the Maritimes, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.
Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain a product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us.
